Meet the team

Siobhan
Setting Manager and SENCo

Siobhan Morley is our Pre-school Manager and Early Years Practitioner. She has overall responsibility for the pre-school and is a Key Person. She has an NVQ 3 in Childcare, learning and Education and she is responsible for Equality and Diversity, Safeguarding Children and Behaviour Management. Siobhan completed her work experience with us in 2006. She later joined the team in 2008 after completing her qualification.

Rachel
Early Years Practitioner and Key Person

Rachel Hodgson is an Early Years Practitioner and Key Person. She has NNEB Level 3 in Childcare and Development. Rachel joined us in 2006. Rachel will deputise in the absence of Nicola or Siobhan.

Carmen
Key Person

Carmen East is a Key Person. She is about to finish her level 3 in Childcare, Learning and Education. She is responisible for Health and Safety. Carmen joined us in December 2015

Erin
Early Years Practitioner and key Person
Erin Burson is a Qualified Teacher and Key Person. She joined us in November 2019.

Admin & Pool cover

Julie Ponton is our Office and Administration Manager and she also helps with the running of our Pre-School.

Pool Cover
Crystal Ingram is a member of our pool cover. She joined us in May 2018
Carmen
Pool Cover
Carmen Demicoli is a member of our pool cover. She joined us in January 2016.
