Meet The Team
Nicola Davy is our Pre-school Manager and Early Years Practitioner. She has overall responsibility for the pre-school and is a Key Person. She has an NVQ 4 in Childcare and Education and She is responsible for Equality and Diversity, Safeguarding Children and Behaviour Management. Nicola joined the pre-school after being a parent volunteer in 2001.
Siobhan Morley is our Deputy Manager and SENCo. She has an advanced NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, Learning and Development. She supports Nicola in the running/management of pre-school and is a Key Person. Siobhan completed her work experience with us in 2006. She later joined the team in 2008 after completing her qualification.
Courtney Payne joined the team in Septemer 2017. She is working towards her level 4 and 5 in childcare and development. Courtney is an Early years Practitioner and Key Person
Rachel Hodgson is an Early Years Practitioner and Key Person. She has NNEB Level 3 in Childcare and Development. Rachel joined us in 2006.
Carmen East is a Key Person. She is about to begin her level 3 in Childcare, Learning and Education. She is responisible for Health and Safety. Carmen joined us in December 2015
Julie Ponton is our pool cover and she also helps with administration duties at Pre-School. She is also the fundraising co-ordinator for the committee.
Carmen Demicoli is a member of our pool cover team. She joined us in September 2016.
The Pre-School is managed by parents who form a charitable company limited by guarantee. We are always happy to welcome new members.
